Baked Salmon Wine Sauce
Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low.
Baked salmon wine sauce. This is the kind of easy weeknight dinner recipe i fall back on time and time again. Add flour and cook whisking 1 minute. Put the pan over moderate heat and add the wine and the chopped scallion bulbs.
Meanwhile in a small saucepan melt butter over medium. Salmon with horseradish cream sauce. First the salmon is baked with lemon then topped with a buttery white wine sauce that gets a burst of flavor from some fresh dill added right at the end.
Reduce to a simmer and cook until liquid is reduced by half 8 minutes. Add wine and bring to a boil. Pour off any oil remaining in the pan.
With a fork gently break salmon into large chunks and serve topped with white wine sauce. After all the rich food we ve eaten the last few weeks it s a nice change. Remove the fish from the pan and transfer to paper towels to drain.

Roast the fish as described in step 1 but serve the roasted salmon with the horseradish cream from crab cakes with horseradish cream step 1 instead of with the red wine sauce.
