Apples Poached In Red Wine
Remove the cooled apples from the red wine and slice each one horizontally into 7 rings.
Apples poached in red wine. 2 cups red wine. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees f. Put the apples into salt water.
Red wine poached apples with mascarpone and pistachios 1 1 4 cups fruity red wine such as crimson and clover 1 2 vanilla bean or two teaspoons good quality vanilla extract 1 4 cup water 2 firm tart sweet apples peeled halved and cored 3 4 cup mascarpone cheese 1 4 cup shelled roasted and salted pistachios coarsely chopped fresh lemon zest. Simmer for 10 minute. Reduce the heat to low and add apples and let it simmer until tender.
But don t cut it too thin. Put the pears and apples in a saucepan. Bring wine mixture to a boil.
Heat water wine and sugar to warm until sugar is dissolved. Be a fruit ninja. To serve combine yoghurt and honey.
Remove the sucepan from the heat cover with a lid and leave to marinate at least 6 hours. Serve at room temperature with ice cream. Add your flavorings and bring to very low boil.
Add the sugar vanilla cinnamon red wine and dessert wine and bring to boil. 2 cups water 1 1 3 cup sugar 4 large apples. Once the apples are tender take the apples the cinnamon stick and the orange peels out of the milk pan.
