Beef Mushroom Red Wine Slow Cooker

Place beef onions and mushrooms in a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.

Bring to a boil then cook uncovered for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cornstarch and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over beef and vegetables.
